Are you interested in applying to the High School Law Institute at NYU and Columbia University?
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn about law in great law schools while in High School.
Don’t worry about your grades or if you have no law experience, all they want is that you have great attendance.
Classes are every Saturday from October 2 to April 9th. Application is due Monday at 5pm. I highly recommend you apply.

Welcome back! Hope you passed all of your regents with flying colors. You officially have half a school year left, so make the best of it so that you don’t look back with regrets (like messing up in a class and not graduating).

Many of you are probably familiar with J.D. Salinger. I know I am. He wrote my favorite book: Catcher in the Rye, and created my favorite literary character: Holden Caulfield. The author of one of the greatest American literary works died yesterday, January 27th (on my birthday, of all days), at the age of 91. Read more about him here.
I’m sad to say that early this morning, Haiti got hit with an aftershock of 6.1, which is essentially another earthquake. Read more about it here.
